How do dermal fillers work?
When we are young, collagen and elastin are constantly renewed in the skin, however from the age of 30, production decreases quite considerably. Dermal fillers work by replenishing the skin with hyaluronic acid, stimulating new production of collagen and elastin, replacing lost volume and smoothing facial lines.
