The Brand Genetics agency reported recently that 50 year old women now typically behave more like 40 year olds and what we’re finding here at our cosmetic clinic in Inverness is that our customers want a look that will turn back the years aesthetically too.

Our experienced nurse practitioner, Emma, will work with you to provide a bespoke treatment plan. She appreciates that everyone ages in their own individual way, which is why she wants to stress that a consultation is the best way to get an insight into the sorts of treatments that are best going to improve your looks.

To find out more about when our cosmetic clinic consultations are available, please give our reception team a call. In the meantime, here are just a few of our most popular treatments, what they involve and how they work.

Wrinkle reduction treatment

The treatment that’s going to be most effective for you will depend on the wrinkles you’d like to remove. If they’re on your forehead, Botox might be the answer. An injection of Botox will stop your muscles from contracting and your wrinkles from forming. Lower down on the face and dermal fillers might be a better option.

Dermal filler treatment

Dermal filler injections consist of hyaluronic acid gels being injected into the face to combat thinning skin and thinning lip issues. They can also fill in deep creases on the lower face. Hyaluronic acid soaks up water under the skin, pushing it out and restoring a more youthful plumpness to your skin.

Ultherapy

Ultherapy can lift sagging skin by depositing ultrasound energy at a depth that will stimulate collagen production. Once collagen production has been stimulated, fresher skin tissue can be created to replace skin which has been affected by gravity and age. It can firm up jawlines, make the skin of your décolletage and the backs of your hands less aged and it can also lift brows.

Dermapen

Dermapen is a type of microneedling technique that involves micro punctures being made in the skin to stimulate collagen. Your body’s natural repair system will be alerted and younger, fresher skin created in target areas.

Until Emma examines your skin during the consultation, she won’t be sure of which treatment is going to best suit you. Please give us a call here in Inverness to book yourself in.
